I am dog sitting for 3 weeks for a 5 lb. little dog. Would it be ok to take him to a dog park? He is so little! He's full grown, not a puppy, but i just don't want anything to happen to him. yikes

We went to Scotland last fall and attended a Scottish fair. They had all kinds of contests for their dogs. I loved seeing the border collies herd the sheep. The perfect communication between the shepherd and the collie was an impressive sight to behold. Would anyone know where I could observe the training of a border collie here in the states or even a good book I could read about how the process is done.

I really, really, really want to fly across country to see friends, but I want to take my dog with me. Not in the cargo, but with me. She's small enough to fit in a carrier under the seat. Does anyone know if I would have to buy a ticket for her or even if I am allowed to bring her in with me?

My friend's boxer, Savannah, recently began having problems with arthritis. Claire tried a variety of medications to help her pup, many of which had horrible side effects. After doing a little research, Claire stumbled upon the answer: a diet featuring veggies, brown rice and lamb. After just a few days, Savannah was back to her happy, playful self.

Anyone who has ever had a new puppy in the house knows that accidents are common. To keep wet spots off your carpet and in your yard, you'll need to housebreak your puppy. Here are a few tips.

Where can a complete list of recalled dog food be located? I know there are some dry foods being recalled. Is this correct?

Hello,
I need your help. I am creating a collection of dog stories that demonstrate the love that dogs have for their owners (families). Do you have a brief story to share? Maybe it will become part of a published collection - I'll give credit of course!
